Painting Instructions:

1. Step 1. Apply two coats of tinted base coat and allow to dry before moving on to Step 2.



2. Step 2. Secure the stencil to the surface. Using a chip brush, apply the Rough Glass Bead Texture through the stencil. Brush the material on in a single layer. Leaving a think application will not allow the gel medium to become clear and
   will remain frosted. Allow to dry.
