2008 Decorating Trends and You!:
PROCEED Smooth Absorbent Texture

Products:

• PROCEED Smooth Absorbent Texture
• PROCEED Full Bodied Glaze
  
• PROCEED Slow Drying Fluid Acrylics:
  
• Burnt Umber
  
• Titanium White

Brushes and Tools:

• Cheesecloth or Lace
• Palette Knife
• Rag
• Brush

Painting Instructions:

Step 1: Apply PROCEED Smooth Absorbent Texture through a single layer of cheesecloth.  Leave cheesecloth in the finish and allow to dry or wait before removing cheesecloth, between 3 to 5 minutes.  Let it set up, depending upon thickness of application.  A thinner coat will leave a more defined pattern.  Remove cheesecloth in smooth motion.  Allow to dry.

Step 2: Blend 1:1 Slow Drying Fluid Acrylic Titanium White and Burnt Umber into the Full Bodied Glaze.          

Step 3: Apply the glaze mixture to 100% of the surface. 

Step 4: Brush Slow Drying Fluid Acrylic Burnt Umber into the wet glaze to create accent points.  Blend or soften with cheesecloth or rag. 

Step 5: Wipe excess off with damp rag and allow to dry.
