Silkscreen Fabric Gel* can be blended with Fluid and Heavy Body Acrylic Colors to lengthen the working time for silk-screening. It is a pourable blend of a unique acrylic, retarder and water that will form a film, unlike retarder alone. This increases durability while thinning and retarding the drying time. Additional information and directions for use can be found here. (Item #3690)

Acrylic Modifier for Plaster is 100% acrylic polymer emulsion additive for gypsum (plaster) that increases chip and scratch resistance of castings while maintaining high tensile strength. It does not effect setting time or the workability of plaster slurry.  (Item #3670)

Universal Dispersant improves the dispersion and stability of pigments and extenders in waterborne acrylic paint. Typically, pigments have an inherent repulsion to water, making them difficult to blend. Universal Dispersant contains surfactants to wet and stabilize pigments for ease of mixing and greater color development in waterborne systems.  (Item #93582)

Liquid Thickener (Long Rheology) is an alkali-swellable polymer that  thickens waterborne acrylic products and imparts a long, stringy, resinous consistency. Its thickening potential and stability are pH sensitive, and the thickened system must remain alkaline (pH 8.0-9.5), which is characterized by a slight ammonia odor.  (Item #98510)

For health and safety information, see Color Material Safety Data Sheet

Liquid Thickener (Short Rheology) is an alkali-swellable polymer that  thickens waterborne acrylic products and imparts a short, buttery consistency. Its thickening potential and stability are pH sensitive, and the thickened system must remain alkaline (pH 8.0-9.5), which is characterized by a slight ammonia odor.  (Item #98520)

For health and safety information, see Color Material Safety Data Sheet

Defoamer for Fluid Acrylics* is a petroleum product that decreases foaming in fluid acrylic mediums and paint mixtures, useful for artists formulating their own paint. Defoamer levels have been maximized in Golden Acrylic paints, so adding defoamer may result in surface defects (craters, orange peel, etc.) and interfere with adhesion.  (Item #98610)

Defoamer for Heavy Body Acrylics* is a petroleum product that decreases foaming in heavy body paint and mediums. Defoamer levels have been maximized in Golden Acrylic paints,
so adding defoamer may result in surface defects (craters, orange peel, etc.) and interfere with adhesion.
 (Item #98620)
