Specialty Papers with Printed Image

GOLDEN Products:

• Digital Ground White (Matte) or Digital Ground Clear (Gloss) or Digital Ground for Non-Porous Surfaces

Other Components:

• Specialty paper
• Painter’s tape
• Plain printer paper

Step 1. Select an appropriate sized piece of paper.

Step 2. Using a brush, apply GOLDEN Digital Ground White (Matte) or GOLDEN Digital Ground Clear (Gloss) to the side that will be printed upon. For metallic papers, use GOLDEN Digital Ground for Non-Porous Surfaces. Apply two coats in opposite directions, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly between applications.

 Step 3. In preparation for printing, secure the skin to a carrier (painter’s tape and plain printer paper work well). Put the secured skin into the printer’s paper path.

Step 4. Print desired digital artwork or photograph onto the skin through an ink-jet printer. Remove from the carrier and use as desired.
