As both store owners and working artists ourselves, we have an intimate knowledge of art material products and the quality of products required by artists – both beginners and professionals. We pride ourselves on the personal service we offer and the wide selection of fine art supplies, gifts, and new items that we stock.

At Main Art Supply, Framing, & Gallery we believe in the strength of community and enjoy contributing in various ways. Based on this belief we designed our store to provide a gamut of services to the artist: from art supplies, to custom framing, to an art gallery featuring monthly exhibitions from contemporary area artists.

Our extensive selection of custom frame mouldings range from the most popular styles to the most eclectic. Examples of our work can be seen in various locations throughout the area including many galleries, corporations, and government offices.

Located in the historic Fan District of Richmond, we’re centrally located to Virginia Commonwealth University and the Virginia Museum.
