Customers of Heavy Body Hansa Yellow Medium

GOLDEN has recently learned that a batch of Heavy Body Hansa Yellow Medium that was manufactured in June of 2003, and subsequently filled in June and July of 2003 requires a recall. As part of our Quality Control measures, we noted that this particular batch had developed solids, which appear as discrete sand-like grains.

How can you determine if you possess any of this material and if so, what should you do with it?

The batch code of the product is 110111 and you’ll find this reference on either a sticker underneath the jars, or on the crimped end of the tubes.
